The tapas and dishes at Restaurante Matiz are made with seasonal and local ingredients, which are renewed twice a year to take advantage of what nature offers us in each season. Products that give identity and a unique flavor to our restaurant in Málaga.
This philosophy translates into a close connection with local products: Archidona oil, fish and seafood from La Caleta de Vélez, purple carrots from Cuevas Bajas, goat cheese from Ronda, and Iberian products from Dehesa de los Monteros, among other treasures from our land.
